Flood Insurance

A flood is defined as a general and temporary condition where two or more acres of normally dry land or two or more properties are inundated by water or mudflow.

Anywhere that it rains, it can flood. Many conditions can result in a flood: hurricanes, broken levees, outdated or clogged drainage systems and rapid accumulation of rainfall.

Coverage includes:

Dwelling:  Structure including the furnace, water heater, air conditioner, etc.

Contents Coverage:  Furniture, rugs, appliances, and clothing.

Expenses incurred while trying to protect your home against imminent flood damage such as sandbagging.

Cost of clean-up including debris removal.
