Do I pay my 1st Auto premium on this page?

No, you are on the WRC Agency website. Click here to go to the 1st Auto website, then click Pay Bill and enter your policy number to ensure your payments are properly credited to your 1st Auto premium.

When are payments applied to my policy?

Payments are typically applied the next business day once received by WRC Agency. For quicker payment application, please forward payment confirmation to the account manager with your binding request. We do not encourage collecting direct bill payments from your client and forwarding them to WRC Agency to pay. Please advise your client to pay the carrier directly. Forwarding payment to WRC Agency will prolong the payment process, and the payment might not be applied in time.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Please refer to your invoice for the payment amount required.

When I enter the payment portal, why do I see a US Bank logo?

US Bank is our trusted service provider which allow us to securely receive online customer payment by credit card or checking account.

What happens if I do not have sufficient funds in my checking or savings account?

Unfortunately you will be responsible for any NSF fees charged by your bank.

I contacted my agent to request a change on my policy. Should I still pay my current invoice?

Yes, please pay your minimum current balance to prevent a lapse in your coverage. Premium changes will adjust your future installments or a refund will be issued if there is no remaining balance due.

Does WRC Agency charge other fees associated with processing payments?

These payment services are offered at no additional charge:

  • Credit card payments
  • Payments by phone using credit or debit cards
  • Online payments where we accept credit/debit and eCheck (ACH) payments

If my policy is canceled or non-renewed, can I make a payment to reinstate it?

Please be sure to contact your agent. Making a payment on a canceled or non-renewed policy does not mean your policy is automatically reinstated.

How do I cancel an online payment?

If you are a non-registered user and this is a single payment on a future date, this authorization remains in full force and effect until you notify your bank, or notify the payee of its termination by calling the WRC Agency Customer Service at (800) 329-7020 and cancelling the pending payment within three banking days before your account is scheduled to be debited. If you are a registered user and this is a single payment on a future date or a recurring payment, this authorization is to remain in full force and effect until you notify your bank, or notify the payee of its termination by canceling any pending payments and, if applicable, recurring payment instructions within this system at least three banking days before your account is scheduled to be debited.
