Tony Cañas, CPCU, MBA, ARM, ARe, ASLI Chief Motivational Officer, Insurance Nerds and Client Advisor, The Jacobson Group Author of Insuring Tomorrow: Engaging Millennials in the Insurance Industry Tony Cañas is a young insurance nerd, blogger and speaker. He's the voice of the Millennial generation in the insurance industry helping the industry understand how to engage this large demographic that will soon make up over 50% of the workforce. He has been in the insurance industry since 2009. During that time he has completed his CPCU, AU, AIC, ARM, ARe, ASLI, API, AIS and AINS designations along with his Toastmaster's Competent Communicator and Advanced Communicator Bronze public speaking designations. Having worked in claims, underwriting, finance and sales at four different insurance carriers, six cities and five states he has gained a broad understanding of the industry.
Tom Frank Executive Vice President and Branch Manager, Holborn Corporation Tom Frank manages Holborn’s Minneapolis office and is an Executive Vice President. He joined Holborn in 2010 from Guy Carpenter, where he served as a managing director subsequent to its acquisition of John B. Collins Associates.
Greg Kaiser, CPCU, ARe Senior Vice President, Holborn Corporation Greg is responsible for the production and servicing of property and casualty reinsurance business, primarily in the Midwest. Greg leads or is a member of a number of client service teams at Holborn, with specific expertise in Regional and National Catastrophe and Aggregate Catastrophe Excess of Loss, Multiple Line, and pro rata reinsurance placements.
