Attend Our CAP Meeting to Prepare for Stormy Weather

Spring 2022 Issue

By Steve Carroll, Property Loss Consultant

Severe storms are becoming more frequent and more costly, as evidenced by the three derechos that hit the Midwest since the summer of 2019. Our years of experience in the mutual insurance industry have taught us that having a plan in place can help you be prepared for the challenges of a catastrophic event. To help our clients with these efforts, we are hosting a Catastrophic Assistance Program (CAP) meeting via Zoom on March 24 at 10 a.m.

During the meeting we will share steps to prepare for a storm event. Of course, not every storm that comes through your writing territory will be on the same scale as a derecho. Small- to medium-size weather systems also can produce a significant amount of damage. Any event can be challenging, regardless of the severity.

Keep an eye on your email inbox for registration information. If you have questions in the meantime about preparing for a CAT event, please contact us.
