CSR24 Now Live
You now have access to your clients’ information via CSR24 for business written through WRC Agency. CSR24 syncs with our agency management system, giving you real-time access. This online portal allows you to access policy documents, view policy information, submit changes, print ID cards and request certificates of insurance. In addition, you can upload documents for us, find our contact information, ask questions and submit loss notices.
With the implementation of CSR24, WRC Agency no longer sends emails to our agents with copies of new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellation notices, recissions, audit documents or other materials received by the carriers. Documents are automatically associated with each of your respective clients in CSR24.
To access the new system, you will need to contact wrcagency@thewrcgroup.com for your username and password. There is only one username and password per agency. Access to CSR24 can be found at wrcagency.com or by clicking here.
CSR24 benefits your agency in a variety of ways, including:
You have the latest policy information for your clients. If the carrier downloads into our agency management system, policy information will be updated each weekday morning. If the carrier does not download into our system, policy documents will be associated with clients and accessible to you as soon as we receive and process.
You are able to:
- View policy information
- Add, change or remove drivers, vehicles and locations. All other changes can be submitted via email request within CSR24
- Request a Certificate of Insurance
- Submit claim information
- Upload documents to WRC Agency
- Look up and contact WRC Agency team members
Please note that we cannot send notifications when your clients’ policy information is updated, so be sure to check CSR24 on a regular basis.
By moving to CSR24, you will have easier access to your clients’ information and it will enable our team to focus on serving you.
We hope you find value in this new tool. Please share your feedback so we can continue to enhance CSR24.
