The WRC Agency, Inc. values your privacy. Your personal information is used when appropriate to provide you with the best possible service, products, and opportunities. When you first become a policyholder, and at least annually, we will provide customers who have a continuing relationship with WRC Agency with a notice that indicates our privacy practices.

Privacy Practices

Customer information is not sold. We do not provide customer information to any person or organization not affiliated directly with the WRC Agency. Persons or organizations acting on behalf are also required to protect your confidentiality. Medical information is not shared unless you expressly authorize it or unless your insurance policy with us permits it. Former customers, new customers, and prospective customers are provided the same protection.

Information We Collect

In the course of doing business with you, the WRC Agency will collect and use information that is necessary to administer and service your policy and adjust your claims. We may collect information from the following sources:

  • from you - on the application you complete;
  • from your transactions with us - payment history, underwriting and claim documents;
  • from consumer reporting agencies - credit and claim history;
  • from your insurance agent - information in reference to your account;
  • governmental agencies - to obtain motor vehicle records;
  • medical sources - to assist in adjusting claims

Information We Disclose to Third Parties

In order to handle your claims, protect you against fraud, and service your policy we may disclose information about you to non-affiliated third parties, but only as permitted by law. We may share information with the following types of third parties but not limited to those listed:

  • your insurance agency
  • governmental authorities
  • insurance adjusters
  • consumer reporting agencies
  • mortgage or premium finance companies and leinholders
  • reinsurers
