Submit a Change

If you need to make a change to your auto policy, you may contact us at 800-329-7020, email us at: wrcagency@thewrcgroup.com, or complete our Auto Change Request form, print, and fax it to us at 608-242-4519. No coverage is bound until indicated by the company.

In order to view the DOC document, you will need to have Microsoft Word installed on your computer (normally as part of Microsoft Office).

Click on the form below to print a copy or the form can be filled in directly. Just click in any box to start typing and then either tab to the next box or click where you want to go next. Microsoft Word forms can be printed, saved, and emailed.

For all other change requests, please call us at 800-329-7020 or email us at wrcagency@thewrcgroup.com. Please be aware that no coverage is bound on any change requests until indicated by the company.
