About Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation (WRC)
WRC home office is in Madison, Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation (WRC) was formed over 75 years ago by the mutuals of Wisconsin to meet their reinsurance needs. Since that time, WRC has grown into the WRC Group which is composed of four companies which address the different concerns faced by the companies we serve.
The WRC Group is owned by the mutuals WRC reinsures. The board of directors of WRC is composed of nine men and women who are full-time managers of reinsured companies. This provides WRC with the guidance and direction to focus on the needs of the companies that we serve.
Contributing to the mutual industry has always been a priority for WRC. Our staff participates in national and state trade association activities and seminars. WRC also offers many educational programs throughout each year. WRC is proud of our experienced and knowledgeable staff, many of whom have received recognition for educational achievements and industry contribution.
